As seasoned federal professionals with complementary expertise in government relations and enterprise architecture, we saw a gap between innovative ideas and practical implementation—especially within established organizations operating with legacy mindsets. We founded DG Strategy Group as a labor of love, bringing together our 50+ years of combined experience to help private companies and federal agencies transform bright ideas into scalable solutions. As a woman-owned and minority-owned small business, we don't just advise; we architect change, bridging the gap between vision and execution with the urgency and precision that today's challenges demand.

Consultant and Advisor
Damaris Garcia is a federal program executive with 26+ years of Department of State leadership in government relations, strategic human capital, and diplomatic security operations. She has managed $4.5 billion in federal portfolios and $2.2 billion in security contracts across 285+ global locations. As Chief of Global Security Supply Chain and Senior Technical Security Advisor, she led multinational teams and managed crisis operations during COVID-19. She rebuilt technical training and pioneered AI-powered transformation initiatives. Damaris holds a Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence from National Intelligence University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayagüez. She maintains an active TS/SCI security clearance and is a Scrum Certified Product Owner. In her spare time, she enjoys CrossFit, creative hands-on projects, and beach getaways.

Mark Witczak is an Executive Solutions Architect with 25+ years of experience driving digital transformation across federal, defense, and commercial sectors. He has shaped technology strategy for federal programs totaling $2.5 billion, establishing architectural frameworks for FedRAMP High/IL5 compliance. His career spans leadership roles at KBR Inc., Booz Allen Hamilton, and Panasonic, delivering enterprise modernization for agencies including the U.S. Department of Interior, FAA, and GSA. Mark holds an MBA from George Washington University and a BS in Computer Science from Michigan State University. He is Shipley-certified in federal business development and holds active Agile certifications. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking for his family and woodworking.
